This year, Sherington’s Science Week them was ‘Exploration and Discovery’ with our stimulus taken from Blue Planet II. Each year group explored a different aspect of our world through an enquiry question, experiments and a range of challenges. The week started off with some well-known scientists making an appearance in the assembly and finished with an underwater adventure in the Creation Station. Some year groups even decided to venture out of Sherington and explore their enquiry question through educational visits to various destinations, including the Sea Life centre, Parks, Climbing Walls and Wide Horizons. A fun and engaging week was had by all!
